2.Travel Insurance

    • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, and lost luggage. We are not responsible for losses or expenses incurred due to a lack of insurance. Travel insurance provides additional protection and peace of mind during your trip.

3.Client Conduct

    • Clients must behave respectfully and comply with local laws and regulations during their trip. We reserve the right to terminate services to any client whose behavior is unacceptable or harmful to others.

 

Limitation of Liability

1.Third-Party Services

    • Tlaloc Journeys acts as an intermediary between clients and travel service providers. We are not responsible for acts, omissions, or errors of these providers, including cancellations, delays, or changes in services. Any claims related to third-party services must be directed to the respective provider.

2.Force Majeure

    • We will not be liable for losses or damages resulting from events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political conflicts, or health emergencies. In such cases, we will do our best to provide assistance and alternative solutions but do not guarantee compensation.
